No matter your level of fitness, you always want to look like an athlete while being active.

I could be huffing and puffing, red-faced and all, but dang if I won’t look like a professional marathoner while running that last few kilometres. The challenge, good looking, sleek sportswear, especially quality active wear often comes with a hefty price tag.

For Every Victory, H&M’s newest active collection will solve that challenge for me.

The recently announced collection (available in stores as of July 21st) aims to combine high-active fashion looks with durable performance fabrics. Tested by the Swedish Olympic team, the collection comes in  a classic and very easy to wear colour palette of black, gray, dusty pink and gold.

Included in the collection: performance T-shirts, running shorts and leggings, as well as sports bras for women. Plus, recycled polyesters show that yet again, another H&M collection can be conscious and more sustainable.

Developed using input from the Swedish Olympic team, the campaign is fronted by inspirational personalities who have all achieved their own victories, in sports or life. The For Every Victory campaign celebrates the power that sports and self-belief can have in transforming people’s lives. So many athletes have harnessed this capacity, including Caitlyn Jenner, the Olympic decathlon gold medalist who dared to stand up for her true identity; Chelsea Werner, a gymnast who never let Down syndrome keep her from winning; surfer Mike Coots who still takes to his board after losing a leg in a shark attack; and boxer Namibia Flores who has fought against prejudice to pursue her dreams.

I for one can’t wait to get my hands on several pieces. Take a look at a few favourites on my shopping wish list:
